Role and Responsibilities

As a Back-End Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on back-end development best practices.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.

• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs or UX design.

• Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations.

• Implement and maintain database structures and queries.

• Ensure the security and integrity of back-end systems.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Provide support to other members of the production team.

Requirements

• “Can do” attitude

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in back-end development.

• Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.

• Experience with frameworks such as Django, Spring Boot, or Express.js.

• Familiarity with database systems, including relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• Understanding of API design and development, including RESTful principles.

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Use of AI tools. Mandatory, ability to form effective prompts, complete advance tasks at pace, creative use of available free and commercial AI tools in relevant professional space, but not only.

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Expertise and experience in implementing AI tools

• Fluent English
