The international IT сompany Andersen invites a Business Analyst to work on large-scale European projects.

Our company needs an experienced specialist with knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above. 2) An Irish company that offers capital market financing solutions to SMEs through a proprietary technology platform. Over the past five years, the customer has provided its clients with almost €1 billion. The customer’s projectis related to the development of an innovative trading platform that gives businesses access to fast and flexible working capital financing.

3) One of the online trading leaders on the international foreign exchange market, which offers a wide range of financial instruments, including currency pairs, metals, cryptocurrencies, energy, indices, and stocks. The customer has different projects (maintenance and development of the existing platform and three internal startups).

4) A German company that holds a leading position as an international technology company in the field of optics and optoelectronics. In the previous fiscal year, the company generated annual revenues of €7.5 billion. The customer’s project is related to the development of a new version of the software for measuring instruments (management of instrument parameters, data visualization, reports, calculations, and result processing).

5) One of the largest online retailers for home decor items in Europe. It collaborates with over 500 premium brands and has over 500,000 items of top-class products. The customer’s projectis related to the development of new functionality and support for a platform dedicated to selling goods.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and gathering requirements from various sources;

  • Analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements from various stakeholders;

  • Conducting business meetings and joint sessions on application and requirements development;

  • Reviewing and systemizing project documentation in terms of process selection;

  • Dividing business requirements into parts, decomposing them to a manageable level, and communicating them to the development team;

  • Creating and maintaining documentation on business and software requirements;

  • Helping to maintain the roadmap and conducting appropriate gap analysis;

  • Closely working with project teams and technical specialists to ensure successful project delivery;

  • Analyzing risks and causes of errors in system development.

 

Must-haves:

  • Commercial experience as a Business Analyst for 3+ years;

  • Experience in designing and developing software documentation;

  • Experience in modeling business processes;

  • Experience in writing SQL queries and working with databases;

  • Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment;

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques;

  • Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources;

  • Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives;

  • Ability to modify a chosen approach in response to changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances, and feedback;

  • Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least Jira and Confluence);

  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
