Job Description:

Refonte Learning is excited to offer a Business Development Essentials Training and Internship Program designed for individuals looking to start or enhance their career in business development. This program will provide comprehensive training in key business development concepts, tools, and strategies, offering hands-on experience in driving growth, building client relationships, and expanding market presence.

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our team to support lead generation, market research, sales strategy, and client management. You will gain practical knowledge of business development processes, develop professional sales skills, and contribute to achieving key business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Support the development of sales strategies and pitches to potential clients.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to support business development efforts.
  • Contribute to lead generation through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Help track and report sales performance metrics, client feedback, and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive growth.
  • Participate in networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to expand professional connections.
