About Us: At Vexperio, we specialize in organizing exceptional tours for cruise ship passengers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking two dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialists to join our team.

Location: Remote Start Date: March 1, 2025

Job Type:

  • Part-time (100 hours in March) with the transition to full-time (160 hours per month starting in April/May)
  • Morning hours and occasional weekends
  • €10 per hour
  • Paid one-month trial period
  • Seasonal job (until mid/end October 2025) with the possibility to extend the contract

Open Positions:

  • English and Polish Specialist (proficiency in Polish required)
  • English and French Specialist (proficiency in French required)
  • Responsibilities:

    • Communicating with customers via email and phone
    • Responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise
    • Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in English (C1 level) and either Polish or French
    • Proven experience in an office or customer service environment
    • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with customers
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work morning hours and occasional weekends
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

    Contract Type:

    • Preferred: B2B
    • Alternative: Mandate contract
