Customer Service with French

The leader in the logistics industry, with a global transport network that ensures fast and reliable delivery of documents, parcels and shipments worldwide, is expanding Cracow team and looking for a CLEARANCE BROKER with French.

Previous experience in a similar position is not required! :)

If you speak French fluently (min. B2), know English at min. B1 level, have excellent communication and analytical skills and want to develop in an international environment, then we are looking for you!

What does a Clearance Broker do?

• Providing professional customer service in French
• Creating and managing documents related to logistics and transport
• Verifying and entering data into the system
• Calculating customs and transport fees
