Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for every customer interaction. This role requires a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and a desire to help others.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
