Your Mission as Director of Branch:

•Identify and acquire suitable properties for residential block development in Warsaw.

•Negotiate with property owners and secure financing from banks.

•Develop project concepts and business plans in collaboration with architects and local authorities.

•Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.

•Oversee all aspects of project implementation, from design to completion.

•Manage sales and marketing activities for developed properties.

•Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts in Warsaw.

Your Profile:

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development in Warsaw.

•Strong understanding of building regulations, zoning laws, and development processes.

•Proven track record of successful project management and sales.

•Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

•Extensive network and familiarity with the real estate market in Warsaw.
