HR Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and communicative HR Consultant with fluent Polish to join our team in Kraków or Katowice. The person in this role will be responsible for managing complex recruitment processes and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Additionally, they will oversee the proper functioning of our newly opened office in Kraków or Katowice.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment process for various positions
• Actively searching for and selecting candidates
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate competencies
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Creating and posting job offers on recruitment platforms
• Translating

Requirements:

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written)
• Communicative English skills
• Experience in recruitment or working with clients is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and excellent self-organization
• Motivation to achieve set goals
