Key account manager

We are intermediary company. Based in Poland, France and South Africa with the intention of expanding worldwide, we deal with various sports such as rugby, cricket, basketball, volleyball, handball, futsal, tennis, football and athletics and we will provide every athlete with the best, very intense, perfect training in his field, however, we believe that the basis of being a good athlete is being educated and a good person, therefore we place great emphasis on broadly understood education. We provide our athletes with continuation of school education and vocational training. Often, as a result of various random events, athletes cannot continue their careers and are left without any other education, which prevents them from further, financially stable life. Taking the athlete under our wings, our task is to develop the qualities needed to be a good person, provide him with the best education, and bring him to such a level of play in the field of his sport that without any difficulties he can establish cooperation with a professional club and start his dream career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- establishing contacts with all football clubs (all leagues) in Poland
- signing partnership agreements to make sure that our athletes will be given the opportunity to show their potential in a professional club
- building a team of qualified scouts who will support the company in scouting and recruiting young, talented and promising athletes for the Polish market (athletes selected by the team should be ready to play professionally at least 70 percent- because the company must be sure that the expedition will bring profit);
- Improving the skills of the athletes or recruiting a person responsible for conducting the training;
- representing and negotiating contracts with clubs on behalf of the company and protecting the interests of both the company and the players;
- Guaranteeing that each athlete joining the program achieves the terms of the contract and its goals: training every day for skill improvement, good accommodations, full board, complete outfit and accessories; health insurance; rehearsals at the club, reports on each player so that both he and the company know his level; video of the game; transportation to and from the airport and during the program);
- making friendly contacts with embassies even before applying for visas, as this is key to the success of our project
- communicating with the embassy to obtain the athlete's visa; drafting invitations for athletes and submitting all the necessary documents required for the visa procedure;
- Preparation of monthly reports on the work done;
- collection of materials in the form of photos, recordings, from individual and group sessions, for publication on the website and social media;
- participation in scouting expeditions and compiling the necessary documentation from the expeditions about each player;
- availability and accessibility for any important scouting expedition where presence is necessary (representing the company, athlete, etc.);
- Organizing sports camps to attract athletes from Poland;
- taking care of the company's good image, including by wearing clothes with the company logo;
- sending any invoices issued to the company to the company email by the 3rd of each month and accounting for the remaining amount;
- providing high quality service to our visitors to Poland (whether players, business partners or sponsors);
- The possibility of naming a person to assist with your duties, at a salary of PLN 3,000 net;
- Negotiating partnership agreements with stores and other insitutions that may be beneficial to the company;
- promoting the company's logo at any time;
- Others, depending on fortuitous events and as the company grows

Desirable qualifications:

- uefa A B, CAF A, B qualification

- communicative English
