We are looking for a dynamic and communicative HR Consultant with fluent Polish to join our team in Krakow or Katowice . The person in this position will be responsible for handling complex recruitment processes and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates. They will also be responsible for the proper functioning of the newly opened office in Krakow or Katowice .

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment process for various positions
• Active search and selection of candidates
• Conducting job interviews and assessing candidates' competences
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Creating and posting job offers on recruitment portals

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written Polish
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level
• Experience in recruitment or working with clients will be an additional asset
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and good organization of own work
• Motivation to achieve set goals
