Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for lithium salt raw materials used in secondary battery electrolytes. This role will focus on expanding our presence in Europe, the Americas, and China, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in the battery materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales for lithium salt raw materials used in rechargeable battery electrolytes.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe and the Americas.
  • Conduct sales activities with clients in China and ensure effective communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (4-year program) in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Electronics preferred.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in manufacturing industries, especially in secondary batteries, advanced materials, or chemical sectors.
  • Proven experience managing international client relationships and developing new markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience in North America, South America, and Europe.
  • Strong communication skills with Chinese clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the battery materials industry and global market trends.
