For our client we are looking for:
Presonnel Controlling Specialist
Location: Poznań
Job Purpose:
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting employment and labour costs.
- Supporting HR, Finance department and Company Management with analyses resulting from the above areas.
- Cooperation with the GBS team in the field of correct organizational structures in the systems
- Supporting the automation of HR processes.
- Personnel Controlling Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of the annual budget for labour costs, forecasts - in close cooperation with the accounting and controlling department and as required by management;
- Regular controlling the realisation of HR KPI's (FTE, holidays, absenteeism rate, overtime) and budget implementation, indicating exceedances, improper implementation, proposing measures to implement the labour budget and indicators at the level required by the management board - close cooperation with the managers of all departments at the Jaroslaw plant;
- Analysis of the payroll salary structure, updating, identifying gaps;
- Calculating the basis and amounts of annual bonuses for employees in all bonus programs in accordance with the internal regulations and global guidelines. Calculation of accruals for annual awards for the needs of the accounting department.
- Calculating actuarial accruals, holiday accruals, accruals for annual awards.
- Prepare employment reports and forecasts for the management.
- Store and archive documents relating to the above tasks so as to protect them from destruction, loss or access of unauthorized persons.
- Prepare yearly employment budget and labour costs budget as per the guidelines of the Finance Dept.
- Prepare lists, reports and analyses for the Accounting and Controlling dept. needs.
- Support the NCE Executive, HR Director and Europe HQ in the Compensation & Benefits Management;
- Update the labour cost forecast for the Controlling on a monthly basis, proposing and initiating activities aimed at reducing labour costs in Jaroslaw Plant.
- Timely delivery of Total Reward Statement documents to all employees, updating the document to the current needs and requirements of the employer;
- Prepare calculations and simulations regarding annual increases for the needs of the management board;
- Prepare current data on job evaluation, grades levels, identifying gaps and initiating process improvements;
- Analyse external “Payroll Reports”;
- Introducing necessary improvements in the reporting automation process in systems, close cooperation with UNIT-4;
- Close cooperation with GBS Team in order to keep proper position structure in the systems (SuccessFactors, TETA HR), creating new positions in the system;
- Job information management (number, position, grade, nomenclature)
- Coordination of activities as part of changes in the organizational structure (new line, projects);
- Performing other duties and tasks ordered by the supervisor.

- Languages: English written and oral advanced.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience at a similar position.
- Understanding of the database interrelations.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel: advance level, Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint).
- Very good knowledge of payroll programmes (TETA HR – nice to have).
