Position Overview:

We are offering an exciting Quality Assurance Automation training and internship program for passionate individuals eager to start their careers in software testing and quality assurance. You will work closely with our development and QA teams to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products through automated testing frameworks. This program provides you with both hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the QA process, contributing to our high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts using popular test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to design and implement test plans and test cases for new features and updates.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testing best practices.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and assist in debugging and troubleshooting software defects.
• Maintain and update automated test scripts as new software features are introduced.
• Track and report testing progress, results, and issues in a timely manner.
• Support manual testing processes and contribute to test case creation and execution when necessary.
• Document test processes, scenarios, and results for future reference.
• Continuously learn and apply industry standards, tools, and methodologies to improve test automation efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or any similar testing framework is an advantage.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in QA automation.
