Role Description

Global Surveys is looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Representative/Business Development professional for our Mystery Shopping Department. This hybrid role will be located in Gdansk Metropolitan Area but with the flexibility of some remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, reaching out to new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and staying on top of industry trends and needs.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably in the mystery shopping industry or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and foster long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Solid understanding of market research and analysis to identify industry trends and requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proficiency in CRM software to track sales and marketing activities
  • Fluent in English and Polish (speaking, writing and reading)
