Detailed description of work task to be carried out
Responsibilities
Working with international, cross-functional, distributed scrum teams ensuring Agile process is being followed
Leading and guiding team as a servant leader for the team to achieve its goals
Supporting the initiatives in removing impediments and blockers to secure delivery
Facilitate effective timeboxed team ceremonies
Ensure estimation of prioritized stories
Help identifying improvements and follow up on commitments to work process improvements
Providing transparency – relevant, clear, and accurate metrics
Inspiring, motivating, and coaching team members, establish continuous improvements and encourage a growth mindset
Building high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and steering teams towards the culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Together with the teams creating a fun and energizing work environment built on trust, inclusion, and excellent communication
Support capturing risks and impediments in time and help the team driving those
Work with the team on articulate and commit to sprint and quarter plans and help product owner managing product backlog in line with overall goals

Preferred qualifications
7+ years proven track record as a Scrum Master for multiple teams in complex Agile initiatives and experience in DevOps Methodologies
Experience in leading initiatives with distributed & multi-faceted teams in a fast-paced environment
Understands IT process and the software development lifecycle, firm grasp of agile methodologies (SAFe/ Scrum)
Experience in building a strong team and, subsequently, team development.
Excellent strong stakeholder relationships competence
Experience with financial instruments or having business understanding of the area
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT relevant field
Experienced Jira user and flair in Jira plug-ins like structures, plans and dashboard.Experience with MS Teams and Confluence
Fluent English

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the above-mentioned position required.
A work permit in Poland is a necessary requirement. Hybrid work 2/3 (2 days a week at the client's site/3 days a week remotely) 8 days a month at the client's, the rest remotely.
