Role and Responsibilities
As a SharePoint Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions for various business needs.
• Develop and customize SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server (on-premise), and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components.
• Integrate third-party tools and platforms into SharePoint for improved collaboration and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for SharePoint solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging SharePoint technologies and best practices.
• Ensure all developed solutions are secure, scalable, and well-documented.
• Work on the laptop provided by the client.
• Participate in a fast-paced, iterative development process.
• Deliver projects using both AI tools and without direct AI involvement.

Key Skills and Experience

• Can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent English.
• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and on-premise).
• Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and custom solutions development.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, and integration with Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React in a SharePoint context.
• Experience with SharePoint REST API, CSOM, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for backend integration and querying.
• CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Git for version control and deployment.
• AI tools: Ability to use and form effective prompts for AI tools, creative use of AI in automation and task completion.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams integrations.
• Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of modern authentication methods (OAuth, ADAL, MSAL).
• Experience in SharePoint migration tools (e.g., Sharegate, Metalogix).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.).
